Fort McMurray First Nation Group of Companies (FMFNGOC) would like to congratulate NCSG Crane & Heavy Haul (NCSG), recipient of their Partner of the Year 2019-2020 award. “We are proud of our strong partnerships with industry leaders. In our partnership with NCSG, we share common values, a strong focus on safety, and they continue to work closely with us, showing a strong commitment to collaboration.” said Steve Jani, CEO of FMFNGOC.
The partnership began in 2014, serving customers in the Wood Buffalo Region, including major long-term contracts with Syncrude and Suncor. Benefits from the partnership create employment, capacity building and sub-contracting opportunities. In addition, they work together leading an Apprenticeship Program that includes local First Nation members called “Bring on Board” (B.O.B), focused on delivering training opportunities for future Crane Operators and Heavy Equipment Technicians. To-date, NCSG is the highest revenue earning partner with FMFNGOC.
